For the SWOT Analysis Project, the client will receive the following three deliverables, based solely on external information and public perception:

  • Competitive SWOT Comparison Report: A comprehensive report analyzing your business and up to four key competitors, detailing their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats based on external perceptions.

  • Strategic Growth Plan: Customized strategies to enhance your competitive positioning, leveraging your strengths and addressing weaknesses, with practical steps to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate threats.

​​

  • Actionable Market Recommendations: Specific suggestions for improving your market presence, including potential changes to branding, marketing, or operational practices.

​​

  • Competitor Insight Overview: A summary of the key insights gained from the SWOT analysis, highlighting how your business compares to competitors and identifying areas for potential improvement or differentiation.

  • Opportunity and Threat Assessment: An evaluation of external opportunities and threats identified in the SWOT analysis, with recommendations on how to effectively address these factors to drive growth.
