LCG Brands Consulting is a strategic marketing and brand advisory firm focused on aligning positioning, communication, and execution with real business outcomes. We work with founders, nonprofits, creative ventures, and growth-stage organizations to build clear strategies, launch initiatives, and strengthen audience engagement.

Our approach is hands-on and immersive. We work closely with leadership, teams, and stakeholders to translate complexity into clear direction and disciplined execution.

Role Description

The fourth quarter is one of the most active and engaging times of the year in marketing. Businesses are executing year-end campaigns, preparing for the holiday season, evaluating results, strengthening client and audience relationships, and building strategies for the year ahead. For a marketing student, Fall 2026 offers the opportunity to experience that work as it happens.

The Part-Time Fall Marketing Intern will be directly involved in this environment, supporting active marketing campaigns, business development efforts, client initiatives, and public-facing projects across multiple brands and organizations.

This is a working role, not an observational internship. Interns contribute to real deliverables tied to live campaigns, outreach, client work, and brand-building efforts.

The internship includes direct collaboration with leadership, along with consistent one-on-one mentorship focused on developing strong communication, strategic thinking, creativity, and execution skills that translate beyond this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns tied to client initiatives, new projects, and brand launches

• Assist with positioning and outreach efforts for a children’s book and literacy initiative, including publicity, partnerships, sponsorships, and media opportunities

• Conduct research to identify potential clients, strategic partners, media opportunities, and speaking engagements

• Contribute to the development of workshop concepts, materials, and supporting content

• Draft articles, thought leadership content, and campaign messaging aligned with brand strategy

• Create presentations and supporting materials for speaking engagements, client initiatives, and business development pitches

• Draft, organize, and schedule content across social media, newsletters, and campaign assets

• Support client, partner, and audience communications with professionalism and clarity

• Track campaign performance and organize insights to inform strategy and optimization

• Assist with outreach, coordination, and follow-up related to partnerships, sponsorships, media, and campaign initiatives

• Maintain marketing calendars, asset organization, and workflow documentation

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated interest in marketing strategy, brand positioning, communications, public relations, business development, or graphic design

• Ability to research and synthesize information and translate it into clear, structured work

• Comfort creating content, presentations, visual assets, and supporting materials

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Professional and thoughtful approach to communication

• Proactive, accountable, and prepared to contribute in a fast-paced boutique consulting environment

Must be a current undergraduate junior or senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or a related field

Eligibility Requirement

This internship is only open to current undergraduate juniors and seniors. Graduate students, freshmen, sophomores, and recent graduates are not eligible.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the internship.

Please be mindful of these requirements before applying. We are a boutique consulting firm, and interns work directly on active client, marketing, business development, and public-facing initiatives. We are looking for students who are professional, dependable, serious about gaining real-world experience, and prepared to fully engage in the work.

We ask that candidates apply with intention and only if they meet the eligibility requirements and are prepared to make a professional commitment to the internship.
