A little over a week into 2024, and I can't help but reflect on the incredible year that was 2023. It was filled with unexpected and amazing moments that pushed me to grow, learn, and connect with inspiring individuals from around the world.
From the USA to the UAE, Europe to Mexico, and everywhere in between, my team and I had the privilege of collaborating with incredible people. Our travels took us to beautiful places, including mainland Massachusetts from east to west, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Lisbon, Freixial De Cima, Sao Pedro Do Estoril, the Bronx, Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket, Santa Monica, Malibu, Kaua’i, Manhattan, Providence, Mexico City, Guadalajara, Jocotepec, Cape Coral, Naples, and beyond. We worked tirelessly, designing compelling presentations, conducting day and week-long workshops, offering one-on-one executive coaching, and participating in thought-provoking panel discussions.
We had the honor of consulting with hundreds of businesses and innovators from diverse backgrounds, helping them chart their path to success. I also mentored aspiring entrepreneurs through judging panels at top accelerators and universities, and proudly advocated for organizations supporting women, minorities, children, the elderly, and health issues, both in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors.
We even won awards!
My commitment to making a positive impact extended beyond business. I am proud to be part of three incredible non-profit organizations: Marblehead Festival of Arts (board president), Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts (board member), and Camp Erin Boston (volunteer for 9 years).
Now, three months into our 15th year, my team and I are filled with excitement and anticipation for the adventures that lie ahead. We are ready to embrace new challenges, create lasting memories, and continue empowering individuals and organizations to reach their full potential.
